Paris has two airports: Charles de Gaulle (which is one of the worlds most active airports) and Orly.

 
Charles de Gaulle International Airport, also known as Roissy Airport, besides being the main airport of France, it is also one of the major aviation centers of the world, taken the name of Charles de Gaulle (1890 - 1970), leader of Independent French Forces and the founder of the Fifth Republic of France.

Airport close to Roissy is located in 25 km north-east of Paris. With the RER rail system connecting the airport to the center of Paris, 3-4 trips are operated within 1 hour. It is possible to go from the airport to Angers, Avignon, Bordeaux, Grenoble, Le Mans, Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Montpellier, Nantes, Nîmes, Poitiers, Rennes, Toulouse, Tours and Valence, via the high speed railroad system TGV.

Air France Buses

Stations (Ligne 2): 1. Avenue carnot, near Place Charles de Gaulle Etoile, and near to Bolevard Gouvion Saint-Cyr, porte Maillot. Service hours: from 05:50 until 23:00, in every 15 minutes. 
Fee: 10 eur 
Stations (Ligne 4): from Rue de Commandant Mouchotte which is near to Gare de Montparnasse and from Boulevard Diderot near to Gare de Lyon; between 07:00 and 21:00, in every 30 minutes. 
Fee: 11.50 euro 
  
Train
It is possible to come to the airport from outside of the city by TGV.
