 Which airports are used for the departures from Istanbul and Paris?
Yeşilköy Atatürk Airport in Istanbul; and Roissy Charles de Gaulle (CDG) Airport in Paris.

Can I make reservations via telephone?
By calling +90 212 970 03 04, you can make reservations between 09:00 and 19:00 hours on weekdays, and between 10:00 and 17:00 on Saturdays and Sundays.  

Can I cancel my purchased ticket, or change its date?
These transactions, complying with some time limitation regulations, can be carried out provided defined charges are paid.
1. For the changes in date until 48 hours before the boarding: 30 Euro fee is charged per person. The fee difference between schedules will also be charged and it is non-refundable.  
2. For cancellations until 48 hours before the flight, 30 Euro fee is charged per person.
3. No changes are possible within the last 48 hours.
4. Cancellations within the last 48 hours are counted as no-show, and no refunding is possible for them. 

I have lost my reservation code / number, ticket. Can I still get on board?
This is not a problem, as the tickets are created electronically, and you can travel with a valid identity card. You can learn your flight number by calling +90 212 970 03 04, indicating your flight date, name and surname.

I made a ticket purchase online. How can I get it now?
You can print out your ticket from your personal computer.

Should I sign up in order to purchase ticket online?
No.

While purchasing ticket online and giving my credit card details, do I encounter any problems?
Definitely no. Your credit card details are not stored in our system.

Until when can I purchase ticket from Parisbilet.com? 
On condition that you will be able to get to the airport counter at least 2 hours before the flight, you can purchase ticket online until the last moment. 

How can I make reservation changes?

I want to transfer my ticket with my name on it to a friend of mine. Is it possible? 
No name changes are possible for the tickets.

I do not want to fly to the city indicated on my ticket anymore. I would like to fly to another city at the same cost. Do I encounter any problems?
The travel tracks cannot be changed. 

I came to the airport 30 minutes before the flight, but due to the long queue, completing my operations is delayed and I missed the plane. What should I do?
Unfortunately, on certain days and hours, some problems are encountered due to the serious crowd. Refunding for missing flights is not possible. That is why you must have completed your operations 30 minutes before the boarding. So, you must make arrangements enough to be able to get to the airport at least 2 hours before the flight.

I have my ticket with me, but I have forgotten my passport at home. Will I encounter any problems?
According to the civil aviation rules, passengers whose ticket and passport do not correspond with each other are not allowed to travel. So, you must have with you the passport that will verify the identity information on your ticket.

My hand baggage is not heavy but it is a little bit big. Is it possible for me to take it on board with me?
Your carry-on baggage cannot be over the weight and dimension limits defined by aviation rules.To measure this, during the check-in, your hand baggage is put into a template, and the permission is given if it suits to this template. You must give your non-carry-on properties to the cargo hold. 

Can I put jewelry, cash money and electronical equipments in the baggage that will be sent to cargo hold?
The properties directly having a value should be carried by the passengers. Packaging and protecting responsibility for the electronical and fragile properties belongs to our passengers. When the luggage are put one on top of other in the cargo hold, fragile properties can be damaged. 

As I will stay for a long time, my baggage is very heavy. Is it a problem?
Baggage limit per passenger is 20 kg. For excess weights, you are charged a fee of 5 Euro per excess. However, in some cases, even if you have paid fare for your extra baggages, it is still possible that they are not accepted to the plane. 

Someone that I do not know wants to send a package with me. He / She says that someone will meet me at the destination airport. Is it OK for me to take this package? 
Do not take any package that does not belong to you, because you will be responsible for the possible illegal content of the package.

Can I carry a pet?
